• 1 tortilla wrap
  • hot chili sauce
  • cheese (I like cheddar and a bit of  blue cheese for naughty tang )
  • cooked chicken, torn in chunks
  • broccoli
  • sweet corn
  • bell pepper (yellow color)


  1. Put the tortilla on a clean plate and liberally spread on chili or tomatoes sauce
  2. Scatter a handful of the steamed broccoli, bell pepper and sweetcorn
  3. Tear the cooked chicken on top
  4. Sprinkle on the grated cheese (optional)
  5. Fold and grill

Hot Tip

Microwave the vegetable of choice for 3 minutes to speed off the process.

  • spring of fresh tyme could be added for a fragrant taste
